• 5 tablespoons
• 1 liter of water
• 1 or a ½ teaspoon of ginger powder
• 1 or a ½ teaspoon of curcuma powder
• ½ a teaspoon of paprika
• Honey or sugar for taste
Remove the water from heat when it starts boiling. Add all the ingredients and mix well. Leave it cool down and mix well again. Drink the mixture through the day.
